Board of director:

Vivian Nguyen, General Manager: Ms. Nguyen graduated from Texas Tech University with a master degree of Hospitality management. With the drive to move forwards and the knowledge in the industry, she strives to lead Tirant team to success. Her goal lays the same with the operation: guests should benefit the best service and facility and guests’ satisfaction will distinguish us apart from others.

Aston Nguyen, Deputy Manager: Mr. Nguyen also graduated from Texas Tech University with a master degree in Business Administration. Aston is the perfect element that connects guests’ satisfaction with staff performance. Aston’s nature welcoming characteristic and knowledge of the field are the vital factors that strengthen the operation.

Board of managers:

Thomas Ngo, Director of Sales: Thomas has been working in Hanoi tourism section for the last 18 years. Mr. Ngo is knowledgeable, passion-drive and experienced. Like many devoted staff, Thomas shares the same value and goals with the business. 

Ken Nguyen, Head of Receptionist department: With over 10 years of experience in hospitality industry, Ken is an asset for the operation.

Ha Le, Food & Beverage department: Mr. Le has been working in the F&B field of high-end restaurants and four to five star hotels. He understands the field as the back of his hand.

Bella Nguyen, Guest Personal Care: Bella has an amazing interpersonal skill along side with her gentle and kind personality. Guests would definitely feel assured to let her handle any of their requests.

Phu Nguyen, Head Chef: Mr. Nguyen has years of working in high pressure operation, both regional and international restaurants. He is determined, adept and hard-working.

Thuy Nguyen, Head of House Keeping department: Thuy pays high attention to minor details and would not hesitate to keep everything in order and in their right state.

Dat Nguyen, Head of Bellman: Dat is warm and gentle, yet very disciplined. When guests need to go in or out and any helps with luggage service, they can rest assured that their requests are handled by the right man.
