What is a Visa on Arrival?
A Visa on Arrival is one of the easiest ways to obtain a Vietnam visa without having to visit an embassy or consulate before your trip. It is a convenient alternative for travellers applying for a tourist visa, especially for those who need to come to Vietnam on short notice and do not have time to follow a lengthy application process.
How to Obtain a Visa on Arrival Through Us

Based on the correct details you provide, we will apply for an Approval Letter on your behalf. This official document, issued by the Vietnam Immigration Office, allows you to enter and exit Vietnam for a specified period and to receive your visa upon arrival at one of the three international airports in Vietnam: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang.
Once issued, we will email (or fax) you a copy of the Approval Letter. Copies of the same document will also be sent directly to the Vietnam Immigration checkpoints at the international airports. When you arrive in Vietnam, Immigration Officers will already have your details and will be able to process your visa quickly.
Please remember to prepare two recent passport-sized photos to present to the Immigration Officers together with your Approval Letter and passport.
Fee Structure
Our service fee covers the processing of your Approval Letter and does not include the stamping fee payable directly at the airport upon arrival.

According to current regulations, the fee structure is different. The invitation letter fee is US$50, and the stamping fee at the airport is US$135 for a multiple-entry visa.
